Question 1

What does the workflow show for a SOC 2 review?

Accepted Answer

The staffing workflow includes compliance tracking, an audit trail, and a human approval step. Those features do not establish SOC 2 certification; confirm any certification or evidence requirements with Vettra.

Question 2

Where does compliance review fit into the workflow?

Accepted Answer

Compliance tracking is part of each requisition, with human approval retained for candidate decisions. Ask Vettra for any retention or candidate-data policy details your review requires.

Question 3

How does Vettra evaluate candidate quality?

Accepted Answer

Vettra uses role-specific technical screening to provide a decision signal for the shortlist. Your team reviews candidates; screening does not guarantee a hiring outcome.

Question 4

How is the service priced?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is per active requisition, not per recruiter seat. Visit the pricing page for current tiers and billing cadence.

Question 5

Can Vettra coordinate outreach across time zones?

Accepted Answer

The always-on desk can coordinate candidate outreach in each candidate's time zone. Your team retains human approval for escalations and placement.
